FusionTriage does not offer monetary refunds for any of its packages, services, or digital products. All sales are final.
We believe in solving problems—not sidestepping them. That’s why, instead of refunds, we commit to delivering results through direct support and operational guidance.
🔧 Resolution Commitment
If you are unsatisfied or encounter issues implementing any part of your purchased package, you are entitled to:
Three (3) dedicated coaching sessions
Each session will be 30 minutes in length
Led by a FusionTriage operations specialist
Focused on diagnosing and resolving your specific roadblocks
These sessions are designed to provide clarity, remove friction, and ensure you receive the full value of your investment.
📅 Scheduling & Terms
Sessions must be scheduled within 60 days of purchase
Missed or no-show sessions without prior notice may be forfeited
Additional support beyond the included sessions may be available at standard consulting rates
